02. Booking and Payments

All bookings are confirmed only after receiving an advance payment. The balance must be paid before the commencement of services. Bookings are subject to availability, and we will confirm availability within 1-2 business days after receiving your booking request and deposit.

We accept payments via PhonePe and other digital payment systems. When you use PhonePe, you agree to their terms of service. Any payment failures must be reported immediately to our customer service.

Advance payments are required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be settled before the service begins. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.
03. Offers and Non-Refundable Payments

Special offers and promotions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. These offers are time-sensitive and subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
04. Cancellation and Refund Policy

. 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost will be charged.
. 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost will be charged.
. 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost will be charged.
. 48 hours prior to arrival or No Show: No refund.

In case of cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances, we will inform you in writing and offer a credit for the amounts paid, which can be used for an alternate date or tour. Refunds will be processed within 6 business days.

05. Liability and Limitations

We act as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other service providers. We are not liable for their conduct or actions. Our liability is limited to the value of the services we directly provide.

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or political unrest. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover such events.

Full payment is required in advance for peak season bookings (e.g., Christmas, New Year). These are non-refundable.

Wildlife Safaris: Cancellations for wildlife safaris are non-refundable. Date changes are treated as cancellations.
03. Refund Processing

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 6 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Please ensure that your refund request includes all necessary details to expedite processing.
04. Payment Gateway Failures

In the event of payment failures through PhonePe, please report the issue to our customer support immediately. Refunds for failed transactions will be processed and credited back within 6 business days or subject to PhonePe refund policy.
